The NPRS system is a web based data management tool, allowing NHS primary care trusts to refer pregnant women to their stop smoking service efficiently and effectively. The unique NPRS system has been developed by AN Computing to allow referrals within stop smoking services to become more streamline. Users of the system are able to send electronic referrals to a smoking cessation service or PCT of their chose along with reporting on referral outcomes and much more.

Swindon PCT Go Live With QWU

AN Computing are now live in Swindon PCT with QWU. “In less than 3 weeks we have moved from our old database to the Quit With Us database. From the initial meeting to the go live AN Computing have been superb. We have moved from a system where we could not evaluate our effectiveness or monitor clients, to one which gives both service and client information at a touch of a button.” Louise Vanderwatt, Service Manager

QWU Lead Management Module

The lead management module within QWU allows a service to manage referrals more efficiently and effectively through integrating automated features into QWU. These automated features include SMS appointment reminders sent from QWU 24 hours prior to the appointment, phone and letter reminders being flagged up on a user’s homepage 48 hours prior to an appointment along with recording a history of all letters sent to a client and being able to upload documents to a client’s record.

The regional Quit With Us system is in it s final stages of development and has a planned go live 27th June 2011. This system is the first of it s kind allowing local smoking cessation database to be linked into a regional system so reporting can be produced at an individual PCT, sub regional or regional level n the North West of England.

Phase 1 of the Health Action Areas system at Wirral PCT is now complete, allowing users to record client information on a new user friendly system along with being able to contact clients via SMS, email and mail merge. Phase 2 is scheduled for completion 16th June 2011 which will automatically flag up client follow ups , allow reporting through line listing, dashboards and a automatic generation of the monthly performance monitoring report plus much more.

The Smokefree Families Database has now been updated allowing users to report and action data in new and exciting ways. The system has also been linked with Quit With Us allowing electronic referrals from one system to another.

AN Computing have been awarded the contract to supply the sub-regional smoking cessation database for PCTs within Cheshire and Merseyside. AN Computing s programme for the implementation and management of the project, the functionality of their database Quit with Us , including reporting and their approach to future planning/proofing far exceeded those of their competitors.
2010 has been a good year for AN Computing Ltd. We have seen strong customer growth and good adoption of our products.
